19th century French light slab serifs, an area of typography that is relatively unexplored in contemporary design, were the starting point for Tourette. The family comprises two styles, Normal and Extreme. Normal is simple, delicate and legible, whereas Extreme is full of flourishes that grant an exquisite, if frivolous, feel to the weight.
